- First the Parent View Online Viewing
System is installed in the child care facility. Multiple camera
systems can be strategically placed in discrete areas of the center.
Cameras can be mounted to the walls or set on a flat surface.
Some cameras can be wireless allowing for additional mobility
and some cameras can be robotic, allowing end user control over
camera functions such as pan, tilt and zoom.
- Parents of enrolled children will
be given a unique user code to access your facilitie's cameras
which will be streamed on the secured, password protected Parent
View Access Center website. Even grand parents can be given second
level access codes. Only authorized users will have access to
the secured access center.
- Once a parent has successfully
logged into the Parent View Access Center, they will have the
opportunity to choose from multiple functions, such as:
- View all Cameras of which they
have access to
- Read daily & weekly child
progress reports
- Read daily and weekly center
updates & activities
- Chat live with other parents
privately or publicly
- Post messages on center's private
discussion forum
- Send messages to center's administrator
& staff
- Access the Parent View Community
Center
- For increased security measures,
all authorized users will only be allowed to view the cameras
for 10 minutes per session. This prevents unnecessary viewing
if parents accidentally walk away from their computer leaving
it vulnerable for others to see.
- All center administrators will
have complete control over the access given to all users. In addition,
administrators and authorized staff can post private progress
reports of individual children which only their parents can read.
You can also post community messages allowing all authorized users
access to read.(i.e. center activities, events, meals and specials)
